Prebinary Winter
January 15, 2014
(Formerly released as Zozo)
'Prebinary Winter' denotes my initial exploration into electronic music production. Each track represents a lost file, to which I no longer have control to adjust the mixing. A remastering process was employed to compensate for my then lacking proficiency in audio leveling, hence these tracks are now more adaptable to stereo. The drum lines repeat often. The introductory piece, 'Artificial Sentience', houses a unique impromptu guitar solo performed by me at the 3:30 time stamp. The track 'Dr. Kill' had the honor of being aired on KVSC (88.1 FM) during Halloween evening of 2014. Attempting to venture into orchestral music, the closing track 'Maritime Stowaway' was conceived. The entire compilation subtly blends experimental and melodic facets of electronic music.
Variations on Dragula
September 20, 2013
(Formerly released as Odobo)
The project 'Variations on Dragula' was an endeavor to craft four reinterpretations of Rob Zombie's song Dragula in different genres. I contributed to half of the compositions (II & IV), while a friend created the remaining ones (I & III). This was a product for our amusement and was entirely finalized in roughly one week.
